Smooth potato mesh

This recipe is for 4~6months old baby.

Quick potato recipe for busy day.


Need:

1/4 of potato
Water
Breast milk or formula milk


How:




1. Peel and cube the potato.




2. Boil it until it's fork tender.




3. Mesh the potato through strainer for extra smooth.



4. Mix meshed potato with breast or formula milk.
Add warm water to adjust it's texture.





Baby is ready to eat!

Cabbage + Rice cereal

This recipe is for 4~6months old baby.

Cabbage contains fiber which is good for baby with constipation.
It's good idea to add "hard to feed itself veggie" to mix with rice cereal.
This way you can add any vegetable of your choice.


Need:

1T of rice (15g)
2 cabbage leaves
1cup of water

How:




1. Soak the rice in the water for 20~60min.




2. Cut out the leaf part of cabbage from its stem.




3. Boli the cabbage about 2~ 3min until it is compleatly cooked.



4. Grind cooked cabbage with 1/4 cup of water.



5. Grind rice with 1/4 cup of water.



6. Pour the cabbage and rice into the pot with 1/2 cup of water.
Once it starts to boil, reduce heat, shimmer. stir it about 5-7min.



Done! Let see if your baby likes it!

Zucchini + Rice cereal

This recipe is for 4~6months old baby.

Zucchini contains vitamin A & C and it's very easy to digest.
Perfect for baby's first veggie!

Need :

3~5 slices of zucchini
1T (15g) of white rice
1cup of water

How:


1. Soak the rice in the water for 20~60min.


2. Use food blender or mill to grind the rice with 1/4 cup of water.
The rice should be grinded very fine.




3. Slice the zucchini about 0.5 cm and peel it.




4. Boli the zucchini about 3min until it is compleatly cooked.



5. Smash the zucchini through strainer. Make it smooth.




6. Pour smashed zucchini and rice into the pot with 3/4 cup of water.


7. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat, shimmer. stir it about 5-7min. 



You can put more zucchini if your baby likes it!

Rice cereal

This recipe is for baby's very first introducing food.

Rice is very low risk allergy food.
You can always use this ingredient for your baby.


Need :

1T (15g) of white rice
1cup of water

How:


1. Soak the rice in the water for 20~60min.




2. Use food blender or mill to grind the rice with 1/4 cup of water.
The rice should be grinded very fine.


3. Pour the rice and 3/4 of water into milk pan or pot.


4. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat, shimmer. stir it about 5-7min.


5. Drain it through fine strainer.




This makes about 2 servings.
It can be stored in refrigerator for 2-3days. (with lids tightened)
Can be freezed about 2 weeks. (freeze it in the ice cube makes job easier)
